IF I were the Prime Minister of Singapore......... -If technology were to be advanced enough, pieces of litter would project out the IC number of their 'owners' like a hologram. But that means a chip has to be embedded in EVERY single thing here. -I feel that in tangible terms, our multiculturalism isn't obvious enough. So, unless they're in ethnic areas or MRT stations, all signs either have to be in English only or in all 4 official languages (Hinting at Suntec City and Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital). Don't let those China people be too comfortable, or give another excuse for foreigners to say that we're a part of China. -All so-called 'foreign talent', which actually includes those foreign workers, have to pass a basic English proficiency test. -Malay to be taught as a 3rd language up to Primary 6. It's our national language and only about 20% of the population know how to speak it:( Ok, ironically I don't speak it much myself.... -Those who pronounce 'their' as 'thee-are' will be liable for a taser gun shot. -'No assault on bus captains' rule to be relaxed on bus drivers who arrive more than 5 minutes late
-Make our wages competitive in nature. Currently ours are the other way round, which explains why other developed nations seem to enjoy higher salaries in absolute terms
-The President will have more say in Parliament and other events. Not like the measly 'I declare the Games open' for the YOG..
-I'll make myself physically present. And by that I mean that you won't only see me on TV 100% of the time
-I'll allow station masters to hurl out vulgarities at those who are stubborn in moving towards the centre of each MRT carriage or the rear of buses
-Ban prostitution
Obviously this list isn't exhaustive. I can't think much if I'm listening to Narsha's Biribiribbop-whatever song at the same time!
30.09: Oh, and I would make the installation of a large speedometer compulsory in every bus, mounted below the internal license plate. Bus captain assault rule can be relaxed the moment it goes below 35km/h. And the speed limit would be raised to 80km/h!

Had a regular overnight-study Friday at Changi Airport with Jeslyn sans Sarah, that's what I thought. Till Mariah Carey came! Ok it may not be Britney, but it's actually the first REAL celebrity I've met in person. Ah, one of the benefits studying brings:)

Finally prelim 2 is over. I was able to fully complete more papers this time but what's the use if you're unsure whether your answers are correct? Ah, the fate of arts students. Those overnight study sessions at the airport better pay off. We've reached the time when only one obstacle is left: the A Levels. Ok I feel more confident about it just because the 'A' means Advanced. Remember studying so hard for the O Levels and in the end all the papers you did were considered 'Ordinary'? 'Speaking' of obstacles, the A levels will be like a set of hurdles, encrusted with spikes. (Again with my random crap.) So what now? 2 days off from school so technically my weekend has already started. Can't wait for the class' Hari Raya outing tomorrow!
I've been thinking about this for almost a week now. You work so hard for the A's and the only thing that will end up in the UK is your pen ink and handwriting! We should come along too!
And yes, this IS a full post.

Oh damn! There's 649 Pokemon altogether now after the Black and White versions were just released in Japan a few days ago. And I still haven't completed Sapphire even though it's been 7 years already. As usual, the game never fails to try to grab me with its clutches and hypnotise me to buy the game. Seriously, based on videos I've watched, Black and White are sure to be best-sellers. Urrrgggh and now I have 2 more papers to go till the end of prelims......

Will be blogging less for now. Lazy mode switched on and prelims are underway. Isn't that somewhat contradictory? If Singtel were to provide Blogger for free then I would post much more on the go. My brain produces ideas at the most random-est of times. Oh, thanks to the recession's end, Hari Raya 'profits' are up:)

hmmmm thanks for visiting!
urrrggghhhh I hate it when the computer jams or lags for a few minutes, then I realise it's because Flash crashed. Now I understand why Apple refuses to add it in their products. But what's there to do when about 90% of the internet uses it?
